The R1 / R1 PRO can engrave at speeds from 20 mm/s to 2000 mm/s.

5. What materials can the R1 / R1 PRO engrave on?

It can process paper, wood, leather, MDF, stainless steel, dark opaque acrylic, bamboo, fabric, dark-colored glass, ceramics, jade, marble, slate, cement, bricks, painted metal parts, and more.

6. Which App can I use to connect to the R1 / R1 PRO?

For the mobile App, please scan the QR code in the user manual or search “Raymoto” on Google Play or the App Store to download it.

For the desktop version (Mac & Windows), please visit the official Raymoto website to download.

7. Is the R1 / R1 PRO compatible with LightBurn?

Yes. Please refer to the LightBurn compatibility guide for details.

8. What accessories are compatible with the R1 and R1 PRO?

They can be used with accessories such as a multifunction rotary roller, power bank, air purifier, foot switch, and safety goggles, among others.

9. What safety certifications do the R1 / R1 PRO have?

R1/R1 PRO have IEC60825-1, CE, FCC, ROSH, UKCA, FDA, MIC Registered certification.

10. What is the warranty period for the R1 and R1 PRO?

This product comes with a specific warranty period. From the date of purchase, any product quality issues not caused by human damage are covered by a 1-year warranty service.

3. Will I be responsible for import duties, VAT (Value-Added Tax), or other taxes?

Import Duties: Products shipped from our overseas warehouses generally do not require the payment of import duties. We currently have warehouses in the United States, Poland (serving EU customers), Brazil, and Japan.
If products are shipped from China, import duties may apply. If you encounter any issues with customs clearance or import duties, please contact our customer support at support@raymoto.com for assistance.

EU Countries: Product prices in EU countries do not include VAT (Value-Added Tax).
For the USA, product prices do not include taxes, and certain states may require applicable sales taxes to be collected.
