Raymoto Firmware Update Guide

I. Machine Firmware Update on PC

Step 1: Connect the machine to a power source, then connect the machine to the computer.

Step 2: Open the Raymoto software, click the Connect Device button to connect the device. Once connected successfully, the device indicator light will turn green, and the software interface will display the device model.

Step 3: Click the Settings button in the software to open the Settings page.

Step 4: Click the About Software button, then click the Select Firmware button.

Step 5: Navigate to the current firmware file location. Click the firmware file and select Open.

Step 6: Click Start Upgrade to begin the firmware update. Wait until the update progress reaches 100%. The device will emit a beep, the indicator light will turn yellow, and the device will disconnect from the software. Restart the device to complete the update.

II. Android/iOS App Device Firmware Update

Step 1: Ensure the Raymoto app on your mobile device is updated to the latest version. Make sure the machine is disconnected from the computer. After disconnecting, open the Raymoto app and tap the Connect button.

Step 2: Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your mobile device. After tapping Connect, select the Bluetooth connection option. Search for the device, find Raymoto_R1_BD64, and tap to connect successfully.

Step 3: Once the device is connected via Bluetooth, you will return to the Raymoto app main interface. Tap the Settings icon in the upper-left corner to access the settings menu.
