Warranty Information

Raymoto products come with a warranty period of zero (0) to twelve (12) months from the date of receipt. If a performance failure occurs under normal use during the warranty period, Raymoto will provide repair or replacement services.

At Raymoto, we are committed to providing excellent customer service. To ensure a smooth warranty process, please retain your purchase receipt, invoice, and other relevant documentation as proof of purchase. Only receipts from Raymoto or its authorized dealers are valid for warranty claims. We will process repair or replacement services once the original product has been received and inspected by Raymoto.

What is Covered

Under this Limited Warranty, Raymoto warrants that each Raymoto product you purchase is free from material and workmanship defects under normal use during the warranty period.

The warranty period for different products and parts may vary. 

The warranty period for a product starts on the date of delivery. If you cannot provide an invoice or other valid proof of purchase, the warranty period will start from the 30th day after the shipping date shown on the product, unless otherwise agreed between you and Raymoto.

How to Obtain Warranty Service

Raymoto will attempt to diagnose and resolve your issue through remote assistance, including telephone, email, or online chat. Raymoto may guide you to download and install specific software or firmware updates.

If the issue cannot be resolved through remote communication, you may be required to send the product to Raymoto for further inspection. If the issue falls within the scope of this Limited Warranty, Raymoto will arrange repair or replacement services at no cost.

If you purchased the product through a Raymoto authorized dealer, please deliver the product to the seller along with your communication records with the Raymoto customer support team. Raymoto will arrange for the seller to assist you with repair or replacement services under warranty.

What is Not Covered

This warranty does not apply to the following:

× The product is out of warranty.

× Products purchased through channels that are not authorized by Raymoto, or products resold by other buyers.

× Damage caused by improper installation, incorrect use, or operation not following Raymoto’s official instructions or manuals.

× Damage caused by unauthorized modification, disassembly, shell opening, or damage due to failure to follow Raymoto’s official instructions or manuals.

× Normal discoloration, wear and tear, and consumption that occurs during the use of the product.

× Damage caused by operating the product with a defective battery or at low battery.

× Damage caused by the use of third-party components or products.

× Damage caused by a reliability or compatibility issue due to the use of unauthenticated third-party parts.

× Product failure or damage caused by a major incident or natural disaster (e.g., fire, earthquake, lightning, etc.).

× Damage that occurs during its transit back for repair.

× Loss of, or damage to, your data saved in your product.

× Uninterrupted or error-free operations on the product.

× Other failure or damage not caused by the quality of the product.

× Free products.

Scope of responsibility

  • During the provision of after-sales service, Raymoto will cover the loss of product only when it assumes the responsibility for transit and repair.
  • IN NO EVENT SHALL RAYMOTO BE LIABLE FOR PERSONAL INJURY OR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR ANY OTHER COMMERCIAL DAMAGES OR LOSSES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE RAYMOTO PRODUCTS, REGARDLESS OF THE CAUSE OR LEGAL THEORY (CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE), EVEN IF RAYMOTO HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Replacement Service

Raymoto will provide replacement service under the following circumstances:

Within 7 calendar days of receiving the product, if the product is significantly damaged during transit and a damage report issued by the carrier can be provided to Raymoto, a replacement may be requested. The shipping costs for both returning the product and resending the new product will be covered by Raymoto.

More than 7 calendar days but within 60 calendar days of receiving the product, if the product malfunctions after a period of normal use and the issue is not caused by human factors, you may contact us to request a replacement. You will be responsible for the shipping cost of returning the product from your location, while Raymoto will cover the shipping cost of sending the replacement unit.

More than 60 calendar days after receiving the product, if the product malfunctions, you may request repair service. You will be responsible for the shipping cost of returning the product from your location, while Raymoto will cover the shipping cost of sending the repaired product back to you.

Please note that additional customs duties may apply depending on the regulations of different countries. Any extra charges such as customs clearance fees, local shipping fees, or administrative fees shall be borne by you.

In addition, once Raymoto agrees to provide a replacement or repair service, customers are required to return the product within 14 calendar days as instructed. Failure to do so will be deemed a waiver of the replacement right.

Warranty Period

For Raymoto series products, the main components (Main control board, Motor, Laser module, Bluetooth module, Electric stand, Protective cover) are covered by a 12-month warranty.

For Raymoto series accessories, the accessory components (Power adapter, Power cord, USB cable) are covered by a 3-month warranty.

For accessory series products, the main components (air purifier, portable power bank, roller, foot switch) are covered by a 12-month warranty.

Consumable items in the accessory series (such as materials, filter kits, etc.) are not covered under warranty.

NOTE: This after-sales policy may vary according to local laws and regulations, and Raymoto reserves the right to interpret and modify this warranty policy at any time at its sole discretion.
