  2. Operational Log Information and Data Use
    When you access our application, we also collect device and network connection information, as well as system access permissions.

    • Device and Network Connection Information: Includes your MAC address, device model, operating system version, unique device identifier (Android ID), IP address, and mobile network details, as well as timestamps and usage frequency. This data helps us provide better service, ensure operational stability, and maintain network security.
    • System Permissions: To provide a high-quality user experience, we need to request access to Bluetooth, camera, storage, and clipboard read/write permissions. These permissions are required to enable users to better access functions such as starting the engraving process. Denying these permissions may affect the machine connection and the ability to import images for engraving.
  3. Data Storage
    Raymoto stores personal data only while you are using the Raymoto application or visiting related websites. Personal data is retained until the user deletes their account. Once deleted, Raymoto can no longer retrieve the user’s personal data.

    If you are under 18 years old, parental or legal guardian consent is required to use our applications and services. The Raymoto application is not intended for minors. If we discover that a minor has provided personal information, we will delete or destroy it. Please contact us with relevant details for prompt resolution.
