  • Avoid processing materials that emit toxic gases.
  • Keep children and pets away during use.

4.2 Safe Operation Guidelines
Follow all user manual instructions, including:

  • Use of approved power adapters only.
  • No disassembly or modification.
  • Avoid placing reflective or explosive materials near the laser area.
  • Never leave the device unattended while in operation.

5. Orders and Payments

5.1 Pricing and Availability
Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise specified. Raymoto reserves the right to change prices or discontinue products without notice.

5.2 Payment Processing
We accept major payment methods including credit cards and PayPal. Payments must be completed before shipment.

6. Shipping and Delivery
Raymoto ships globally. Estimated delivery times and shipping fees are provided at checkout. Customs duties, import taxes, or additional local fees may apply and are the customer's responsibility.

7. Return and Refund Policy
Please refer to our official Return & Refund Policy. Products may be returned within 14 days of receipt under specific conditions. Shipping costs may be non-refundable.

12. Software License and Usage
Raymoto may provide proprietary software applications for use with its hardware products. By installing or using any Raymoto software, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software solely in connection with your Raymoto devices.
  • You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the software.
  • You may not sublicense, redistribute, or exploit the software for commercial purposes unless expressly authorized by Raymoto.
  • Software updates or patches may be issued to improve functionality or security. Continued use of the software indicates your acceptance of such updates.

Raymoto reserves the right to suspend or revoke software access in the event of misuse or breach of these Terms.
