7. Are R1 and R1 PRO compatible with LightBurn?

8. What accessories are compatible with R1 and R1 PRO?

R1 and R1 PRO can be used with a wide range of accessories, including the Multi-Function Electric Roller, Protective Cover, RM Power Bank, L-shaped Positioning Guide, RM Air Purifier, RM Foot Switch, Safety Goggles, and more.

9. Are R1 and R1 PRO Class 1 laser products?

Yes. Both R1 and R1 PRO are Class 1 laser products.

Under normal operating conditions, the laser operates inside the protective enclosure, ensuring that accessible laser radiation remains within Class 1 safety limits.

For added safety, both the protective enclosure and base plate are equipped with safety interlock switches. If the enclosure or base plate is opened during operation, the laser will immediately stop emitting to help ensure user safety.

10. What safety certifications does R1 and R1 PRO have?

R1 and R1 PRO have IEC 60825, CE, FCC, RoHS, UKCA, and FDA Registered certifications.

11. What is the warranty period for R1 and R1 PRO?

We provide a one-year warranty for R1 and R1 PRO, starting from the date you receive the product.
