Processing Time: 

Once your payment has been confirmed, we will process your order within an average of 48 hours (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). You will receive another notification email once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Estimates: Usually within 5-15 Natural days (Shipping times are only estimates and unfortunately, cannot be guaranteed).

Taxes & Duties

We are pleased to offer international shipping; however, please note the following:

  • Depending on your country's import regulations, your order may be subject to additional customs duties, import taxes, or other fees (such as customs clearance fees, local courier charges, or administrative fees).
  • These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Sales Tax vs. Customs Duty:

  • Sales Tax: A government-imposed tax on the sale of goods and services, typically applied within the seller's country.
  • Customs Duty: Also known as an import duty or tariff, this is a tax imposed by customs authorities when goods cross international borders. The duty rate is based on the classification and declared value of the item.

We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order to understand any potential fees and avoid unexpected delays or costs.

Order Tracking:

After your order is successfully placed, you will receive an Order Confirmation email to confirm your order details.

Once your item ships, you will receive a Shipment Notification email, which includes your order number, express information, and package tracking number, and you are also able to track the status of your order through the email.

Things about order modification, refund processing, shipping updating, and so on will be notified to you in real-time by email as well.

Note:

Please confirm your shipping address prior to completing your order. If you want to modify your shipping address, please contact us via email within 48 hours of purchase, or we will ship to the address provided in your order.

If there is any force majeure that causes our products to be damaged in transit, please contact us via email immediately after receiving your package. We appreciate your understanding and patience in such situations.

Please note that the notification email will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout or used to register your account. If the email address provided is invalid or inactive, we will not be liable for any resulting risk or loss.

If you change your mind midway, please do not simply reject the package. To cancel your order, please contact us via email to explain the situation, and we will handle the return according to our return/refund policy. We do not assume responsibility for any loss or damage caused by rejected packages.

If you do not receive your order within 7 days after the delivery date indicated by the official tracking system of the logistics provider, please contact us via email. Otherwise, we will not be held responsible.

If there is any damage to the package and/or products inside, or if there are any missing items, please contact us via email on the same day with pictures and/or videos.
