二、Android/iOS App Device Firmware Update

Step 1: First, make sure the Raymoto app on your phone is updated to the latest version and check whether the machine is disconnected from the computer. After disconnecting, open the Raymoto app on your phone and tap the Connect button.

Step 2: First, make sure the Bluetooth on your phone is turned on. After tapping the Connect button, you will see two connection options—choose Bluetooth. Once the device search is complete, you will find Raymoto_A1_C070; tap it to connect successfully.

Step 3: Once the device is successfully connected via Bluetooth, you will return to the main screen of the Raymoto app. At this point, tap the Settings button in the top-left corner to enter the settings menu.

Step 4: After entering the settings menu, locate item 8 – “Firmware Update” and tap it.

Step 5: Once you enter the “Firmware Update” screen, tap the “Update” button to start updating the device.

Step 6: After the update is complete, tap the OK button, then restart both the Raymoto app and the device. At this point, the device update is finished.
