A1 Focusing Guide

In a laser engraving system, the lens plays a critical role in focusing. When the laser beam passes through the lens, it is refracted or reflected, redistributing its energy in space and precisely converging it at the focal point.

If the focus position is not accurate, the laser beam will form a larger spot on the target surface, resulting in lower energy density. This can cause blurred engraving edges, uneven engraving depth, or reduced processing efficiency.

Accurate focusing ensures that the laser beam achieves maximum energy density at the smallest spot size, allowing the interaction between the laser and the material to be more concentrated and efficient, thereby producing high-quality engravings with clear and precise details.

A1 Basic  Focusing Method:

Adjust the height of the bracket or the material so that the distance between the material surface and the bottom of the laser head is 180 mm.

A1 Standard/ A1 Portable KIT  Focusing Method:

In handheld mode, when the protective cover is in contact with the material surface, the laser is at the standard working distance of 180 mm, and no additional adjustment is required.

A1 Enclosed  Focusing Method:

Rotate the knob below to adjust the height of the worktable. When the material surface is aligned with the bottom of the focusing rod, the laser is at the standard working distance of 180 mm.
